The staff of Green Tree Medical are committed to protecting our patients, our families and the rest of the community against COVID-19 infection. All practice staff conform with Queensland Government restrictions and measures, and we ask that all visitors to our practice do likewise.
To protect you as a patient and all our staff Green Tree, we ask that anyone that enters our practice MUST wear a mask, including those with a medical exemptions.
Instructions for all patients (vaccinated and unvaccinated) who:
1. have flu-like symptoms
2. have been in contact with a COVID-19 infected person in the last 14 days
3. have been in a COVID-19 designated Hotspot
Please do not attend the practice in person unless there are exceptional circumstances. We ask that you call reception on 07 3917 7237 so that we can arrange a telehealth consultation.
Any patients who have symptoms that require urgent assessment and treatment (eg. chest pain, difficulty breathing) are to call 000 and ask for an ambulance.
